Playground suitable for children up to 12 years old or 58" tall
Grip socks required for kids; regular socks for adults. No shoes in play areas.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
Please walk, don't run in the cafe and play areas
Food and drinks are only allowed in designated dining areas
No outside catering allowed. You may bring your own cake and snacks for parties
All beverages must have lids to prevent spills in play areas
Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly
Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
$150 non-refundable deposit required at booking
No piñatas, balloon garlands, or wall hangings allowed
Parties are limited to 2 hours plus 30 minutes setup and 15 minutes cleanup
Be kind and respectful to other guests and staff
Please keep noise levels reasonable for everyone's comfort
Please take phone calls outside the play areas
Photos are welcome but please respect other guests' privacy
Please do not visit if you or your child are feeling unwell, have a fever, or show symptoms of illness.
Please wash hands before and after play, and before eating. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.
Diaper changes must be done in designated changing areas only.
First aid kit is available at the front desk. Please report any accidents to staff immediately.
All guests must complete a waiver before entering the play areas. This helps us ensure everyone's safety and provides important emergency contact information.
